I had an accident which happened 4 years ago in which my family was involved, I got recommended this solicitor firm from a friend, he told me to make a claim through ASL law solicitors. My case was assigned to Mrs Samyya Rehman, at the beginning they had given me a date where they'll process all the documents and then give me a full compensation for the claim, but that wasn't quite the case and instead they lied to me, the compensation amount was the lowest for all of my family members and their fees were high, they use to state something else on the forms but the actual amount was something else when received through cheque. I did complain about this several times but the solicitor that I was assigned to didn't care and was very rude to me, I had a very difficult time with her sometimes she wouldn't answer calls and most of the period of the time she wasn't even in the office, I contacted her once and she refused to speak to me and told me that she will speak to my daughter once she's 18, but she never spoke to her either way. The Compensation that I was given for my daughter who at the time of accident was 14, so she had to wait for claim till she turned 18, but by the time they completed the claim my daughter was already 18 and they still had not sent the claim to the court I kept telling them to send it over as I had provided all the documents required, yet again they did not listen to me and at this time it was already too late and they sent it once she turned 18 by doing this they claimed the 25% of the fees, so my daughter received the lowest amount of the claim. It took them 4 years to process this case and they wasted my time, and they made me wait just to be treated wrongfully. I will take this matter further, this was a breach of my rights and the complete negligence shown by ASL Law Solicitors.

After 8 months of ongoing claim, the file handler Chantelle Foster,tells me she needs 3 weeks to go through my claim before taking the third party to court,apparently she's not interested to go to court, they ignored my calls most of the time, when they do answer they say will call back but didn't hear from them ,I've lost my car in an accident and took time of work they want to through all that away .

ASL solicitors helped me so so much. My life was about to be ruined by false claims against and ASL, Halima Begum worked very hard to solve my case. Halima begum is the best Solictor and ASL are really good.
