I utilised FNK Legal to set aside default judgment for unpaid electricity charges. Farah helped to get judgment set aside and managed to reduce the debt from over £20k to £10k. Great result… thank you !

I came to FNK Legal and spoke with Allan. He was very kind and considerate and put me at ease. He is always available to speak to. I was considering going into a debt management plan but he decided to go for this. I am 4 months into the plan and so far out of £15,000 debt I have had £4,000 completely wrote off! I feel that creditors need to be accountable for their irresponsible lending. I am confident now that by the end of the 12 months I will be in a much better position financially. Thank you!
