I am very disappointed in the service that you’ve given me all through this process .I’ve had to ring and push to find out what’s going and dealing with the solicitor in in my case! I found rude and arrogant this is ,something I don’t understand because he’s supposed to be working on my behalf even up to the process of getting my settlement the same solicitor rude and arrogant which I find astonishing because I’m paying you to deal with my case.
If I had a choice again I would never ever use the solicitors and only use Jacob Miller on the recommendation from someone else .
How wrong I was !If you have any case dealing with insurance claims .I would not go through the solicitors the only thing they’re interested in is drawing their money! They do nothing on your behalf and even getting my money has been a long process even though I was told I had my check there when I rang up .Asking where my money is I was told :why are you ringing up “do you need the
money ?“this is a solicitor telling me that this is supposed to be working on my behalf. As far as I’m concerned I would not deal with this company calling them solicitors !!!Is a joke because the only thing they solicit is your money!
