      Porter Wood Law were professional, polite and helpful. Talked to me properly, up front, about my claim and the fees rather than just pointing me to a form. I had the same point of contact throughout who was great. They also achieved the maximum amount for my claim. I feel they have could made me more aware of how long it was potentially going to take from the off - no one wants to pay out, so the liable company take their sweet time - but my contact always responded quickly and clearly to any queries. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks!
