DO NOT USE!!

Can’t stress enough you don’t want TQ law to be anywhere near your legal matters - incompetent does not come close…

We had the unfortunate “pleasure” of TQ being engaged as part of our recent house move. Target date was end of June, and TQ eventually (by being chased numerous times a day) landed on the end of August, risking the chain multiple times to the point we were a few hours away from it collapsing.

They work very sequentially; I.e they don’t move onto other tasks before they have exactly what they need, and the communication with other solicitors is poor/non existent. When you are able to speak to them, they give very few details, and give no indications to any deadlines they are working to.

Overall, as quoted by estate agent and solicitors, one of the worst recent conveyancings they have had, with all issues leading back to one law firm..

They may well be cheaper, but stay a long way away should you wish anything to be done quickly or professionally

I can't recommend TQ Law enough.
Abi, Katie and their team have been amazing.
They are very organized and communication was exceptional.
Due to my job I had to speak with solicitors on a weekly basis so I am well aware that communication is not best with most solicitors.
This is definitely not the case with Abi, Katie & their team.

My experience using TQ law online has been excellent. Right from the start they were easy to talk to, professional and responsive to any queries. Had a shocking experience with TQ, culminating in conveyancing being completed in Feb 24 and by August 25 not heard anything, so called land registry to chase, only to find out they had finished there part and sent to TQ on the 12th of March 25.

Tried to speak to someone at TQ a couple of times only to be left on hold until call times out to a voicemail.

End up speaking to a receptionist explaining the situation and asking for the completion documents, and Finally just get an email saying here are your documents and not an explanation or apology regarding the fact that TQ had been sat on the completion documents for five months without bothering to contact me.

Wouldn’t use there services again if they were free.
