Would not recommend. I’ve moved 4 times in the last 8 years and these have been the worst Solicitors I’ve used. In fact, I never spoke to a solicitor during the whole process. They rarely answer the phone meaning you need to leave voicemails which sometimes aren’t returned until the following day. Basically left speaking to an uninterested admin team who have no urgency about getting anything done. They made extra work which I didn’t ask for or want them to do and held up my purchase. I had no chain, no mortgage, cash buyer with no house to sell and they made the process take approximately 5 months. I was finally granted one phone call with a ‘Case Manager – Bryan Perkins’ who is not a solicitor and this was after making several requests to speak to him. Very disappointing service and I found their responses at time unhelpful and unprofessional.
