I have used Dickinsons for several different reasons over the past 10 years - buying and selling two commercial properties and my current home ; evicting a problem residential tenant ; and selling my late father's house. Lynn and Matthew, and their reception staff, have always been helpful, efficient and polite. Matthew has also, on several occasions, been able to give me instant quick advice over the phone to get me over a crisis with a tenant. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and am happy to recommend their services to others.

I contacted this practice to provide a quote for conveyancing service. The telephone call was rushed, unfriendly and unprofessional. I then received an email; they didn't even bother to use my name to address me. The best part of the email is, if you decide to use us, contact your agent don't contact us. REALLY! Do you think that little of your clients that we shouldn't contact you. Are we just inconveniences? Well I won't be contacting you, I wouldn't give you my custom. I am now using LHT Solicitors. Please don't contact me!
