Took them 8 months to get a house move through due to constart mistakes and miscommunication.

Selling my house using Kjd law for conveyancing company suggested by my estate agents. Currently 26 weeks has passed and we are only half way trough the process. The average time for a house to compete is 12 weeks! Avoid this company!

House sale and purchase, dealing with a paralegal, had no contact from anyone else and can’t find details of anyone else on their website, she is making lots of mistakes I am having to check her work with a fine tooth comb and she does not provide any advice on contentious areas because she doesn’t know the answer. Avoid and find a proper solicitor, seems to be overrun with under qualified kids

I am giving two stars purely for the fact that our first sale fell through & they didn’t charge extra fees for this which surprised me. Whilst I did feel that our appointed paralegal did chase our sale, I found her incredibly rude and dismissive most of the time to both myself and especially my partner. Our buyer used the same firm but a different paralegal under the rouse that it would help the sale move smoothly, but the communication between the solicitors was dire especially from our buyers solicitor. We were told we would receive call backs and didn’t on numerous occasions. We also requested a quote for an onward purchase which they never sent, which was honestly a relief in the end because the firm we ended up using for our onward purchase have been brilliant in comparison.

We have just sold a house using KJD law as our solicitors. We were looked after by Leigh Rothwell and he was supportive throughout the whole process. We had experienced 2 failed sales when our buyers pulled out at the last minute. Leigh made sure that the third time everything was in place and went above and beyond his role to get the sale through speedily and without any problems. We did have a few issues mainly mistakes due to documents being sent without being checked for accuracy which we were not impressed by but once this was highlighted Leigh immediately put it right. He always returns calls and emails and I appreciated all his help. He is a credit to the company.👍

We used KJD Law for our mortgage and they have been amazing from day 1. Tiegan has been our solicitor for the past few months and she has been absolutely fantastic, always keeping us in the loop with everything, informing us of what was getting done and what we needed to do.
