The app provides frequent updates, but I found them mostly unhelpful. Communication during my case was poor, and I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. In my experience, working with Lydia Cunliffe was frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and responsiveness, and I found her manner to be quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

I recently sold a property and bought a new one. This was handled by KJD Law and in particular by Nerys Crompton. Nerys was brilliant at coaching me through the process even when I was getting stressed. She acted very professionally at all times and was extremely friendly throughout. I would thooughly recommend KJD Law and if you can engage Nerys as your solicitor then you are in good hands.

I was recommended to use KJD Law for the conveyancing for the sale of my property and I wasn't disappointed. Their portal was good and an easy way to manage the documents. A short explanation of some of the stages in the portal would be helpful, although most are self explanatory. Leigh who was my contact was responsive, kept me updated and customer service was great
