I have used Landlord Support on a couple of occasions to assist with the Possession procedure via the courts and have always been kept informed, been given clear explanations and requests for information and have been reassured that contact via email and phone is always available during the process. They provide advice on the process from serving notice to the bailiff appointment and beyond. An absolute invaluable service to landlords, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Disappointed that we could only liaise with the part-time Clerk for most of the time that our case lasted. Information that we required was at times slow in coming. We did not get relevant paperwork and had to request that the official Court decision was sent to us months after it was issued, as we realised we only had a solicitor's report, not the document. All in all, disappointing.

Very helpful to remove the tenant who didn't pay the rent for 10 months and refused to move.

I've used these a few times and would recommend them. They are really helpful and will guide you through the process. I wouldn't risk doing it myself as the courts seem to be always looking for loopholes in the paperwork and reasons to side with the tenant.
