I cannot recommend Landlord Support highly enough. They successfully handled the eviction of a tenant who had failed to pay rent for over a year. Throughout what was a long and frustrating situation, their team remained professional, knowledgeable, and proactive, guiding me through every stage of the process. Their communication was excellent, they kept me informed at every step, and their expertise gave me confidence that everything was being handled correctly. Despite the challenges involved, they achieved a successful outcome and ensured the eviction was carried out efficiently and lawfully. With the law changes coming in within the property sector we had a lot of changes to navigate and a raft of questions that were lingering. Landlord Support are exactly what they say on the tin! I have relied on their expertise, support and services for a number of years now and I can't fault them at all. They offer fair prices (unlike some mainstream solicitors), whilst providing an exceptional service. Because they specialise just in landlord and tenant law, it means I am always confident that they have my best interests covered whenever I need them. I use this business through the company I work for - prior to the new legislation, Landlord Support assisted me in abundance to ensure all of my Notices were "watertight", as anyone no matter how many years' property experience they have, can make an error that can cost a landlord dearly - Landlord Support were always amazing in all of their administration of this side of things. Moving forward to after May 2026 when the new legislation became effective, Landlord Support continued their support in active Notices seeing them through to successful evictions/court hearings/bailiffs etc for those tenants who thought this would never occur no matter how hard they tried to remain in properties in arrears, anti social behaviour, etc. Landlord Support have exceeded all my expectations in terms of their wealth of knowledge - the Director is legally qualified and represented us also herself at a hearing (for which we were successful I hasten to add for possession). The strong administration team is second to none and always a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

I would not recommend Landlord Support. I left it in their hands to attend court to evict my TENENT and rent arrears. I’m still not sure what happened but neither was granted. I believe it was Rebecca who attended court but have only spoken to Noah who assured me they would be in touch to explain what happened. It’s a few weeks now and still waiting!
I would like to say the service from Rebecca at Landlord support legal solutions was excellent. She was very helpful and professional. Her services made the outcome alot smoother and I had total trust in her. I would highly recommend this service and it helped to take away alot of my concerns in dealing with the tenants. We used Landlord Support both for the eviction of a tenant and the subsequent removal of the tenant via bailiffs. Strongly recommend for peace of mind and provided very useful updates and information on what is a daunting process.
