Waste of time
Steer clear of this company. Only out for there 40% commission. I waited 12 months to settle .and I only settled as I felt forced to .. They offered me peanuts and I told them I wouldn't be settling and wanted to go court .,they point black refused to refer my case to court ..basically tried to make me out to be a liar saying I was lying about my injuries ..(Even though my injuries were on my medical report before I even made a claim They have no interest in there customers needs only out for what they can get AVOID.AVOID.AVOID

Having been involved in a non fault car accident, I was contacted by Baker Hardman and persuaded to submit a claim for compensation. Ten months later and i still do not know what the position is. I initially was told the insurers were slow at getting back to them, but recently it has been radio silence!! Not very professional and i am guessing i am not going to be compensated but no-one has confirmed this.
