car accident claim
Very fast and professional after I realised Equitas Solicitors were not a cold calling injury claim company! Had to have a facetime check up and interview by a nominated GP which was also fast and efficient.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
I had I car accident on 21 January 2020,the next day I have been called by one of the solicitors he actually asked me to lie about what really happened. Today 16th of sept 2021 still waiting for the claim to be sorted out as they filled in the forms wrong and they still bothering me with all the paperwork.

Got injured in a road traffic accident? Expect to get 2-4 cold callers per day from overseas trying to get your injury claim. Recommend you just hang up on these cold callers, Equitas Injury claims was recommended to me by my insurers accident management team, and from the initial call you are given all the information you need, you don’t have to be legal minded as a rep will visit you at home and explain everything to you, of course they need to get paid for their services and the rep will explain the percentage of deduction from the start. You might not get to speak to your allocated solicitor but the solicitors have paralegals who are just as knowledgeable of your case and always available should you have any queries. My case took a little over 10 months and I was eventually settled, Equitas took their deduction for services and not a penny more. I hope I don’t have to deal with equitas in future, but if I am injured again by accident, Equitas will be my first port of call to handle the claim.
