Equitas Solicitors were extremely difficult to communicate with and consistently delayed progress on my matter. I found the service frustrating, unresponsive, and poorly managed throughout. In the end, I lost money and was left paying very high fees for a result that was far from satisfactory.

Very fast and professional after I realised Equitas Solicitors were not a cold calling injury claim company! Had to have a facetime check up and interview by a nominated GP which was also fast and efficient.
I had I car accident on 21 January 2020,the next day I have been called by one of the solicitors he actually asked me to lie about what really happened. Today 16th of sept 2021 still waiting for the claim to be sorted out as they filled in the forms wrong and they still bothering me with all the paperwork.
