Rachel provided excellent service throughout our sale of previous home and purchase of our new home. Whoever we spoke to we received highest level of customer service. No request/problem was too basic or complicated to explain or resolve.

Just not a terribly helpful firm, once they have completed and got their payment they dont seem to help much. I currently dont know if my name is on the lease and the freehold hasn't responded to the notice given by the solicitor. now 1 year later its my responsibility to chase this. Surely this should have been completed before the purchase. There are better firms for conveyancing within the same area.
