1 star is being generous. Adam showed a total lack of professionalism and empathy when dealing with a basic management pack for my late father’s flat last year. He delayed the sale of the flat by a couple of months and took absolutely zero responsibility. Always an excuse and refused to take phone calls or respond to emails. The other professional parties involved, including solicitors, estate agents and the management company that engaged him, were all shocked by his attitude - the number of chasing emails and phone calls from them to get any responses to basic requests was ridiculous. Take a look at the awful responses he posts to any negative review as evidence of his appalling attitude. I have little doubt this review will receive similar treatment and he will relay the same excuses and say ‘you were never our client’ but that is semantics - he was representing the flat management company that our flat was a part of and so was responsible for providing a simple pack that took months and caused us distress as well as a financial impact. He also failed to follow his own complaints procedure and so I have no idea if his colleagues are aware of the awful manner in which he handled our case. I would recommend steering well clear of Adam.
