Pauline and the team at Affinity law did a great job mid way through my divorce when my previous solicitors ceased doing business and left me with a mess to sort out. It took a while but the support and professionalism was first rate and we eventually got a fantastic result.

Pauline returned my call straight away. She spent good time discussing my case she even advised me moving forward, without charging me anything at that stage. The admin work was done by Katherine , I have never come across a firm that is so quick efficient with their replies. Katherine went her way out to email and chase another party and I am so glad I chose them to do my work. Although i paid a high amount for a letter but i rather pay more and get great service than pay less and get frustrated with solicitors

Affinity Seven managed to achieve what two previous law firm couldn't achieve in day. Additionally managed to achieves results that were near impossible and difficult to handle.. Esp all hats off to Pauline Cadman friendly, welcoming and fast in responding.. which moat law firm keep younon edge awaiting. Their reassurance and advice is met with sold steps to achieve their clients interest.. it was like I'm talking g to a friend but with Frank and sincere advice. THANK YOU PAULINE. YOUR WAS GREAT.. .

I’ve dealt with a number of solicitors over the years and, if I’m being honest some of those experiences really made me lose faith in the whole system. Then I found Pauline Cadman... she was honestly a godsend. From our very first call about my case she was absolutely brilliant. She was helpful, understanding and gave me so much advice. What really stood out to me was how genuinely caring she was. She never made me feel like I needed to spend money on things that weren’t necessary or gave me false hope just to keep going with false hope. She was honest with me from the beginning and I really appreciated that. She was also extremely good at what she does and she helped me achieve a very positive outcome and I was genuinely so happy with the service I received and with the care and attention she gave to my case. I don’t just think Pauline is the best solicitor I’ve worked with. She is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met. She is kind, honest, genuine and really cares. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough.

What was a straightforward house purchase - buying form my ex partner, turned into a 7 month longstanding waste of time! I begun the process September 24th 2025. Was advised this was simple and straightforward and should be completed by December. For the first month I received no information/paperwork, after chasing it up constantly being ignored I finally get a call back to say they had my email address down incorrectly. Paid for the searches not long after on December 29th 25. At every point of contact from then on with Luke from ASL I was asked had I paid for the searches already - this was basic information a solicitor should have already. There was no reason at all why this dragged out for so long, My ex's solicitor was a family friend and he was able to keep me in contact and let me know my own solicitor wasn't even responding to him either... at there incompetence I had to move out and rent elsewhere for a short period of time as this wasn't done when it was promised. Ive still not been given a reason why this dragged out for 7 months and was finally completed in April 26. And when it came to paying, Luke sent 1 invoice which again had the search fees on it - pls check all paperwork from this place as you could be paying double. Took me an entire day and 3 phone calls to get the correct invoice. I paid then within an hour he called to say there had been a mistake and I still owed £500. There was never any cash back given which had been promised by my financial advisor and at this point id had enough of dealing with this joke of a place! Take a look at the names leaving the fake positive reviews - doesn't take a genius to see these are all friends/relatives of the owner.

My landlord gave me the contact of Affinity Seven . I had my doubts but decided to try and on my way to his office I missed my way and I happen to meet some men in the way,. One of them said to me, I know this office he’s a very good lawyer. I was like is this a joke 😂😂 well I got to his office and met. Queue I said to myself he must be very good. My spouse visa application was so smooth. My landlord and the man I met on the way were right . This man knows his onions. Just don’t hide anything don’t lie tell him the truth and he will guide you.
