I had an excellent experience with Matthew Montgomery & Co in Rochdale, particularly with solicitor Mrs. Abena Darkwah. I approached them to transfer my house into a Ltd company, and Abena guided us through the entire process with remarkable patience and clarity. Legal costs quoted are very reasonable compared to the quotes I had. She explained every document in detail and was always reachable by email or phone whenever we needed clarification. Despite the tight timelines, Abena and her team completed the property transfer and the onward purchase fund arrangements at lightning speed. Their efficiency and commitment truly stood out. This is my second time using Matthew Montgomery & Co—first for my initial purchase and now for my second—and both experiences have been consistently smooth, professional, and fast. A big thank you to Matthew Montgomery & Co Rochdale and especially Abena for their exceptional service.

Still incomplete information issued to hmlr for land registration despite being over 2 years ago. Very poor communication & support. Still Little to no response to queries & concerns.

If I could rate these 0 out of 5 I would. Every single turn they were as unhelpful as possible. They never explained anything that was happening, they sent rude communications when I said I needed help because I didn't understand the request. They also nearly made me lose my house due to their lack of communication

Having been recommended by my estate agent Jackie from Face2Face in Littleborough to contact Matthew Montgomery & Co I never looked back as they certainly went that "Extra Mile" for me!!! .. My sale was not as straight forward as I expected. Following a lengthy conversation with Dom Miller he set about my case, I asked him if he had a Magic Wand??? … Well he certainly found one and used it!!! … Dom was a life saver as I was under a lot of pressure to complete the sale of my house from various factions. To my relief the completion was a success and I can't thank Dom and his team enough for all their support and advice. THANK YOU ALL ;-)
