Dependent visa application
Solicitor Maryam and Lourdes handled my son’s dependent visa application. Initially the Home Office refused him the visa however my solicitor Maryam insisted we’ve a good case to enter into administrative review because all the reasons for refusal were inadequate. They guided me and applied for the administrative review which took 16 months for a decision to be made in our favor. The Home office overturned the earlier refusal and a few days later granted my son his visa. On a personal level, at 14 months, I asked for a meeting to revoke the review and put in a fresh application however Solicitor Maryam’s legal suggestions, encouragement and appreciation of my concerns made me rescind my earlier decision and followed due process which eventually led to them granting my son a visa to come to the UK. Lourdes was such a helpful professional who replied to my emails promptly and made communication between the firm and myself very seamless.
