About this branch

Description

We advise families on how to ensure their hard earned assets are passed on to their loved ones efficiently on death through a carefully drafted Will. We provide clear and concise advice on protecting family inheritance through the use of trust structures and advise on bloodline and inheritance tax planning. It is vital plans are put into place to deal with your business/financial affairs if you were to suffer from a physical or mental illness which is outside of your control i.e. a stroke, dementia, depression or brain injury. Or, if you were on a life support machine and a decision had to be made about keeping you alive, allowing your family members to make decisions relating to your care arrangements on your behalf. We ensure that Lasting Powers of Attorney are put into place which give your loved ones the authority to deal with your finances or healthcare if you were unable to do so. We also act on behalf of personal representatives of deceased's estates in making applications to obtain Grants of Probate/Grants of Representation, dealing with the administration of a deceased estate, inheritance tax and advising on the rules of intestacy where a person has passed away without a Will. Our professional, compassionate and caring approach ensures a high level of service is always provided to you and your family.
