The sale of my property took over seven months to complete and my experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. Key issues included: • Administrative errors from the outset, including email issues and incorrect documentation. • Poor communication throughout. I regularly had to chase for updates, calls were rarely returned, and my solicitor was often unavailable to speak. • Being told in February that all enquiries had been answered, only to be informed in March that further enquiries had been raised. • Significant delays in establishing whether a new management pack was required, despite me highlighting a change in management company months earlier. • A lack of proactive advice, including being asked for my opinion on matters where I expected professional guidance. • Delays surrounding completion and the release of sale proceeds, resulting in my funds being delayed by a day and the loss of a day's interest. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. • Receiving a completion letter containing major errors, stating that I had purchased a property and taken out a mortgage when I had in fact sold my property. Overall, after seven months of delays, repeated chasing, communication failures and inaccurate documentation, I would not recommend this firm.

I had a great experience with BP Legal, especially working with Hritika throughout the sale of my property. From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and really proactive in providing updates and chasing things through to completion. Hritika was excellent to deal with throughout always helpful, quick to respond, and a real pleasure to work with. Towards the end I was keen to get everything over the line quickly, she handled everything brilliantly and kept the process moving. Overall, a really positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BP Legal to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.
