My husbands passport said it was delivered in error to MP solicitors, been in contact with VI immigration department who were absolutely useless 2 months of complaints back and forth 1 year after we realised our passport hadn't been sent back after his visa was approved, and they had no idea where my passport was until I pushed for more information. fast track to last week I finally got a reply from visa and immigration service who told me it had been resent out 6 months ago and delivered, VI immigration service stupidly sent it to my "representative" who i had never heard of (MP solicitors) I rang nervously to enquire and the person on the phone was beyond helpful he helped me find the passport and has arranged a date for us to pick it up, very very honest and trustworthy company from someone who didn't go through MP solicitors they were there to support me though this really really stressful process, ( you would only know how stressful the complaints service with visa immigration service is if you had to use it) no numbers to call all via email and and responses come from a no reply mailbox. In future I would definitely use this solicitors company just with how they've dealt with me as a non customer of there's. Thank you so much MP solicitors
