Over 3 months working with them with no end in sight, not picked up the phone a single time. Original qoute was just over £1000 now it's £3000 and rising. Avoid them at all costs

Despite the many negative reviews, Nertila managed to get completion in a chain in 10 weeks. All emails were answered within a day and we had no issues. Documents were issued quickly and checked for issues. Perfect communication between all parties. Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use again

Don’t touch with a ten foot barge pole
If I gave premier property lawyers -5 out of 10 that would be good. They are very slow-ignore you- don’t tell you the truth-blame everything on Royal Mail when they loose paper work- you can’t contact them by phone- unless you spend all your time chasing them your file will always be at the bottom of the pile- we’ve been waiting to exchange contracts now for 11 months and they still find reasons no to

absolute worst - avoid at all costs
absolute shambles of a company - refuse to act on instructions of client - constant delays on the most basic of tasks, and ultimately caused the breakdown of the transaction. do not be fooled by their low prices - you will pay much more in the long run
