Very professional service

Prakesh Ruparelia was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping my parents with universal credit claim. He was always very approachable and dedicated surrounded by a friendly and professional team. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

Excellent advice from Prakash Ruparelia

I consulted with Prakash regarding a potential issue I had with DWP due to creating a trust fund to hold monies from a house sale for my severely mentally ill sister. I was very concerned about how DWP would view these funds in relation to my sister’s benefits and if they would consider it ‘deprivation of capital’.

From the beginning it was clear that Prakash knows the DWP rules and regulations around benefits inside out and that he knows what will be considered when a case is looked into.
He gave me excellent advice on how to create an argument against any challenge from DWP and what to consider when putting my points across. His written and verbal skills are exceptional, having a very clear and logical style, he is able to impart information in a very professional but digestible way.

His written advice gave me such good content and pointers on how to word my evidence. Once DWP reviewed this evidence, they agreed that the Trust Fund was absolutely necessary and there was no attempt at deprivation of capital. I feel that Prakash was a big part of gaining this good outcome.

In addition, when I was stressed, Prakash’s calm way of talking and explaining things reassured me and reduced my anxiety.

I highly recommend Prakash for any Benefits issues you may have and he will always be the first person I go to for any further issues in future as he’s an excellent person to have on your side.

Sorted the wheat from the chaff gave advice as requested. Representation in court as requested. Could have been clearer about the representation in court i.e. what was covered in the original price quoted. But all good! 😊

To The Rescue

The title of this review refers to the skills and diligence of Terence Channer. After receiving abysmal service and lack of representation from our previous solicitors, Mr Channer literally rescued our situation from what was certain to be a negative outcome. Proving to be professional, knowledgeable and very experienced he provided us with excellent council.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND REPRESENTATION FROM PRAKASH RUPARELIA

I can highly recommend Prakash Ruparelia for representation for PIP Tribunals.
After months of back and forth between myself and the DWP with 2 mandatory reconsideration/appeals declined and support from PIP refused I decided to find a solicitor to help me.
How glad am I that I found Prakash. After nearly 2 years of fighting the DWP I finally won at tribunal and was awarded PIP. After another 5 weeks I have been paid my back pay. Without Prakash I would not have won this. He was also very kind and understanding when I was having pain flares and also when my mental health was suffering due to all of the stress that this caused me. Do not give in if you are genuinely in need of support or benefits get a solicitor and keep going right to the end. It has paid off for me. Thank you so much Prakash, I appreciate your help and support.
