Negative attitude
Failed to attend court 1st day.sent me to court on a 60 mile round trip forgetting to info me of cancellation. Very negative attitude. Had to explain case to 7 different barri from 3 different companies over a 2 year period ziyad lunat was cagey and I felt more was going on that I didn't know about. 4 women barristers from 2 companies disappeared the last was replaced by a man from a completely different firm. I myself had to request changing a male barrister after checking his credentials and finding he was an ex policeman and a present police prosecution barrister z&z had recruited to defend me for alleged police assault.. ziyad lunat who runs z&z insisted he had no idea about this and clearly hadn't done his homework before hand. Ziyad lunat has a very negative mixed up attitude and seems to overlook the legal fact that someone is innocent until proven guilty.working vice versa on cases .favouring the police evidence against that of his client. For claiming to be a defense solicitor against police I found no evidence of an proffesional specialty in this area of work.. wants clients to plead guilty to get an easy case totally unprofessional, fails to convey messages to the barrister leaving things until the last minute having the cli rushing in a panic .mediocre run of the mill company for little lads minor drug offences, not equipt or experienced to go up against police regarding serious issues AVOID like the plague...
