Non-existent service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this firm and would strongly advise others to approach with caution. Communication was consistently poor, promises were routinely made and then ignored, and the overall operation felt disorganised and unprofessional from start to finish. In my experience, the receptionist Emily repeatedly provided information that later proved to be inaccurate and gave assurances that work was being done when there was no visible progress at all. When questioned, she became dismissive and made remarks that felt personal and inappropriate, which is wholly unacceptable in any professional environment - especially from one female to another. The partner, Sajid, was effectively unreachable despite numerous assurances that he would make contact, none of which were honoured. More troubling was the clear impression that he appeared disengaged and overly cynical, seeming to lack belief in the very people he was meant to represent, which fundamentally undermines the role of a lawyer. It felt as though responsibility was routinely avoided and left to poorly managed staff, with no meaningful oversight. Overall, it gave the strong impression that those involved were more concerned with fees than with actually doing the work, offering repeated reassurances to create the appearance of progress while little, if anything, seemed to be happening for long periods. There was previously a receptionist who seems to no longer work at the firm and who appeared to be the only person keeping things running efficiently; it is unfortunate that the one genuinely competent individual seems to have left. The standard of service is appalling, deeply disappointing to witness, and in urgent need of serious improvement, as this level of conduct invites formal complaints.
