They never answer calls; They never respond to emails; They are not backed by the SRA; They do not know what they are doing. Single transaction, no chain, 18 weeks and counting! They request the same information time and time again, they lose client files and they don’t care. They are about to cost me a purchase because they have taken so long to respond and kept re-requesting information, the seller has told his agent that he is now walking away and I don’t blame him! They are a shambles and have cost me the opportunity to own my first home. I will no longer get a decent mortgage rate and will have to wait a long time before I can try to purchase again. JS Law have had a devastating impact on my life and there is nothing I can do about it.

JS Law provided the worst service I have ever encountered. Gurvinder Sangha, the so-called conveyancer, was utterly poor – consistently failing to reply to emails or answer phone calls. I was left hanging for weeks, and the case dragged on unnecessarily because of their incompetence. On top of that, there were hidden charges piled on without transparency. This firm was recommended by Cubbit and West, and I now see why – I felt strong-armed into using them, and it reeks of a commission-driven referral. This is a shady setup, and anyone thinking of using JS Law should beware. Do not trust them.

Unprofessional time wasters lack of knowledge

I didn't want to use them but the property developer said these were their Conveyancer. Typical of Solicitors in that they don't come back to you - they use trainee solicitors so you never get to speak to the same one twice and they even got my plot number wrong, not once but twice! DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I would not recommend using JS Law they are poor to say the least, no updates on progress, you never know who your dealing with as the person you first speak to you wont hear from again or the person you spoke to last is on annual leave then another person who doesn't know any info takes over, your having to continually chase these guys, the contact numbers stop working, no response to emails and then mistakes being often made especially in the financial summary. Be sure to double check every amount as they will make mistakes and often blunders.
