After almost 3 years James has guided me to a settlement I'm happy with in my divorce. Throughout he has been a calming voice of reason when the other side have been difficult to work with I was always consulted at every stage and given robust advice where required The overall experience of divorce is shocking but was made easier by James and his staff

I helped my sister through her divorce and together we decided on instructing James Belderbos to handle all the legalities of the seperation, divorce and settlement. My sister was in a terrible state having been in an abusive marriage for over forty years. James was not only knowledgeable and practical but was also incredibly empathic. He was kind and gentle with her, giving her plenty of reassurance and support. Any time my sister didn't understand he went through things again and used language that she could understand. My sister is now a very different person to the one she was when we first walked into James's office. She is now much more assertive and independent and is free to enjoy life. My sister felt very confident in James's caring and reassuring professionalism and we both would highly recommend the Belderbos practice to anyone in the same situation. Keep up the excellent work guys. You're all a credit to the firm.
