We’ve just moved house, and Craig was our conveyancer. Could not fault the service and attention to detail, communication was fantastic, both by phone and email. Felt completely at ease that everything was being done in a timely and diligent manner, and Craig was always willing to answer any questions or explain the process. Would whole heartedly recommend.

As a first-time buyer, I had plenty of questions, some of them probably quite basic, and Craig and the team handled all of them patiently and clearly throughout. What made this particularly notable is that Craig supported me through two separate purchase attempts; the first fell through (not on my end), and he picked straight back up when I found a new property without missing a beat. The process itself dragged on for several months, largely due to delays on the seller's side. Fletcher Longstaff kept things moving as much as they could and kept me informed throughout, which matters a lot when you're a first-time buyer with no real frame of reference for what's normal and what should be worrying you. Would recommend, especially if you're new to this and need a solicitor who'll actually explain what's happening rather than just send you documents to sign.

Amazing service from Craig. Definitely my go to solicitor from every purchase or selling from now on . I have had two cases handled with expertise by Craig last year. One was a sale of a complex leasehold flat a second is a purchase of a house. Craig made both transactions stress free and handled everything smoothly. He also understands the brief and does his utmost best to push any case through efficiently. My house purchase had to be pushed through within matter of weeks due to mortgage deal expiry and he absolutely achieved that well before deadline . Excellent communication, replying either instantly or in matter of hours and in my opinion that is one of the most important attributes of a good solicitor. Highly recommended.

Craig was exceptional from start to finish throughout the process of selling our home & buying our new home. Opted for Fletcher Longstaff to be our solicitors to assist with our house move and couldn't have made a better choice.
