Having seen the range of reviews, I felt I should add my experience of working with Amanda Johnson. I've just tried several local solicitors, after getting some pretty poor service from my long established provider after our regular Conveyancing solicitor retired. So far...two poor experiences, but one very good one with Amanda at Page Nelson. Attentive, happy to meet face to face (I think that's important to have any proper working relationship) and good with both updates and the chasing of the third party. Happy to Recommend based on this experience.

Buying a house can be very stressful but Sharon Galley at Page Nelson made this process so easy.

I can honestly say Sharon kept us informed all the way, I didn’t have to chase her for anything. Having most things electronically also made it easy, however when I asked for paper copies it was not a problem.
Sharon was meticulous in checking everything which put me at ease as all the legal jargon can be quite worrying. She was so friendly and approachable I was never worried about getting in touch and ringing her. When she said she was going to do something she did…. And responded very quickly. But most of all she made us feel we were her priority although I know she must have had lots of other cases going on.
If ever we need a solicitor again we will definitely come back to you.

Amanda has looked after us after losing my dad, dealing with the estate, house sale and other personal issues that arose. She dealt with us, but especially myself as executor of my dad's will with the upmost professionalism, but whist also dealing with it on a personal level to, that for me made the whole process so much easier to cope with. She originally wrote my dads will with him, and remembered him and his wishes. Nothing was to much trouble, and whilst the team at Page Nelson were all lovely and helpful Amanda was happy to speak with me directly when needed and always made the time.

I used Page Nelson recent when I separated from my wife. As you can imagine this was a very difficult time.
