When we had to serve a Section 21 notice on a tenant Denise gave very good and clear advice and dealt with the work required very quickly. The rules around such matters was just changing and as such it was new territory for everyone but Denise was on top of the issues and gave us a lot of confidence. She was very flexible over timescales for potential further work which saved us money in the long run.

We used BG solicitors for will writing (Miriam) & conveyancing (Bradley & James) received great advice and outstanding service from everyone. I've moved house several times and never had a solicitor so responsive. Any questions were answered same day, there was a portal to keep up to date with progress. When things got sticky enquiries were made promptly. With our will writing everything is fully explained and any questions answered. I am fully confident we now have the right protections for our family. Fees are competitive, there are 5 office across the Hunber region Hessle, Barton, Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Louth so easy to pop in for appointnents or to drop off/collect. I would highly recommend

Do yourself a favour and find a different solicitors. Used them recently and communication from them is really poor. Don't reply to emails in a timely manner and don't reply to answer phone messages at all. Will never use again.

I can't recommend Helen and both Julie's enough. They were attentive, responsive, and friendly and helped me with any queries I had. I was keen for things to get moving along quickly, and they certainly made that happen. Thank you, ladies, for a smooth and pleasant experience!

I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism, basic respect or anything to be completed in a timely manner. They are rude and dismissive of legitimate concerns and will not return phone calls or emails.
