Delayed everything

I paid in advance to have a contract drafted and it got delayed for several weeks, pushed a lot of deadlines towards the client, and still didn't find a resolution. Wouldn't hire again.

I rate them because they are so approachable and efficient

I have used a City Law Firm for many years now. Karen and Jacqui are excellent to work with and the guidance has been always top notch. But that is not why I rate them. I rate them because they are so approachable, easy to talk to, polite, funny and relaxed. In the world of legals having a guiding hand that is also friendly and welcoming makes a huge difference!

What a great bunch!

I have used A City Law firm for quite a few years now - Karen, Jackie and team have always delivered. But it’s not that that impresses me. What makes them stand out is their very friendly approachable, down to earth and outstandingly warm way of dealing with people. They are great!

I have used A City Law Firm on many occasions and have always found them to be very polite and quick in dealing with me.
The owner/director of the firm has always ensured that she contacts me and regularly keeps me updated on any issues that I have.
One particular case took 24months to deal with and I was so stressed, however she accommodated me throughout it all and we won!! The best feeling in the world having won and having one to one experience with the best Law firm ever.
Definitely recommend A City Law Firm to everyone.
