I paid in advance to have a contract drafted and it got delayed for several weeks, pushed a lot of deadlines towards the client, and still didn't find a resolution. Wouldn't hire again.

I have used a City Law Firm for many years now. Karen and Jacqui are excellent to work with and the guidance has been always top notch. But that is not why I rate them. I rate them because they are so approachable, easy to talk to, polite, funny and relaxed. In the world of legals having a guiding hand that is also friendly and welcoming makes a huge difference!
