Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with and made purchasing my first home such a smooth process. I really valued the attentiveness and helpful advise I was given along the way. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure my property purchase happened as timely and as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a property.

First class conveyancing service from start to finish
Yemi Sogbetun was excellent from the beginning to the end of my house purchase process. For a previous attempt to purchase (pulled out due to very adverse survey) I had opted for the estate agent's preferred solicitor, which was a telephone and online service. This didn't work well for me, although no doubt it would be cheaper for a completed purchase. I may be old-fashioed, but when I am making such a major financial commitment, I prefer to see the solicitor face-to-face initially. Yemi was professional and reassuring. Moreover, the service was much more thorough than the online solicitor - for example Yemi asked to see the survey and made several important investigations and also gave me good advice on a few points. The online service did not want to look at the survey for the previously attempted purchase and therefore would have missed important points I would not have spotted myself. From my personal experience I would definitely recommend Anaysse-Jacobs.
