We purchased a probate property at auction which required a lease extension, Bridging finance and refurbishment, there were many parties involved including an overseas partner. The deal was fraught with issues which Jensee dealt with so professionally. I would recommend Jensee and Arcadia Law and will use them permanently from now on.

I just had my lease extension completed by Arcadia Law Limited. I found the Firm through a Google search in 2018 and contacted them again to handle the lease extension. The Partner/Owner of the Firm Ms Mignona is so helpful and professional so it wasn’t a surprise that the lawyer who handled the matter for me, is exactly the same. So glad I found them. This is one Firm I will be recommending to friends, family and colleagues for matters relating to housing.
I was given clear advice, was kept updated and to cap it up, their costs were more than reasonable. Even less than some Law Firms I dealt with over the years in my former professional life. Thank you Lenika for your capable handling of this extension and for your patience. I’m so incredibly grateful.

We approached Arcadia Law Solicitors to handle negotiations concerning the Lease Extension for our Flat from February to August 2023. This has to be the worst experience had with a leashold extension.
It's been almost a year in the making and They have gone through 2 changes of staff in my time with this nightmare.
At the end of this month the freehold drops below the 80 year mark.
Is this some strange game plan as the Freeholder has told me that they are willing to wait up to 6 months after the 80 year limit which ends at the end of this month.
