I had an excellent experience with the immigration team at Arona St James Solicitors. The work was overseen by Arona Sarwar and they were all extremely professional, knowledgeable of the Immigration and nationality immigration rules and approachable throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood. What stood out most was their attention to detail, responsiveness and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible Uk Immigration outcome. I always felt that my case was in safe hands and that my concerns were taken seriously. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a UK Immigration solicitor who is professional, trustworthy, dedicated and genuinely cares about their clients. An outstanding service from start to finish for anyone that is looking for an Immigration solicitor

Absolutely phenomenal five-star team here at Arona St James. I came in for advice specifically on LGBTQ+ immigration, and was told that I had an incredibly difficult case. Against all odds, Arona and Gwan pulled through. They saved me and gave me a future that I now look forward to. Arona treated my case with the upmost care and respect. She never sugarcoated things - being honest and realistic the whole way through. She was very firm and strategic in her advice, making sure that I was being pushed to fight for my own future. I could tell the many years of specialist experience and success that Arona has had by the way she worked and advised me. Gwan was very professional and organised. She helped Arona to compile, collate and review my mountain of documents and evidence that I had - a truly monumental task. But she handled with ease and speed. They both kept an open line of communication and were very clear on what to do every step of the way. I have had previous lawyers before, but Arona is the only one where I truly felt seen and understood. Arona has been someone I can be open with my entire story and be trusted to do everything she can to help. I cannot be any more thankful and grateful for the future that they have now given me. They are the only lawyers I trust with my life from now on. If you are looking for a team that you can trust to fight for you to the bitter end - go for Arona St James.

We have been with London based Arona St James Solicitors from the start of our journey. They were part of my employers recommended solicitors and I have had researched the firm before hand. From the outset the advise from Arona an expert with over 20 years was clear considered and looked ahead. It helped me feel confident someone that has been practicing in the field could navigate our case with minimal disruption and she did; from entry clearance as a skilled worker five years ago to settlement today. In these turbulent times a solid immigration firm is vital. I am so grateful to our immigration solicitors helping us get our ILR. Our case was not straightforward, with skilled worker settlement, spouse and child dependent applications, continuous residence issues, more than 180 days outside the UK, and our child now being an adult. They guided us through everything with their expertise and were clear in their advice guidance and professional in their approach. The firm stands out as I and my family were always supported by them answering any issues looking back over any updates which we felt might impact us from what we were hearing in the news often out of hours as we were worried during the process. More so as we have uprooted our work our studies our home and developed our family life in the UK and we did this through hard work and successfully. We would highly recommend Arona an immigration lawyer from Arona St James solicitors to anyone dealing with a complex immigration case

As an LGBTQ+ asylum seeker, the search for help is one of the scariest things you’ll ever face. You’re not just hunting for a lawyer: you’re searching for someone who understands your fears and will stand up for your right to live. For me, as a tomboy, that need felt even more urgent. I was fortunate to discover Arona St James Solicitors. From my very first interaction with them, two things stood out: their sharp legal knowledge and their genuine compassion. They never treated me like paperwork; they treated me like a human being who simply wanted safety and a chance to build a future. They navigated the complex asylum process with precision and care. Arona herself assured me she could advocate for me, and she delivered on that promise beyond my hopes. Her team, including the wonderful volunteer Maria, worked tirelessly, even over a weekend, to prepare my case. I was thrilled to be able to instruct a firm that is diverse and represents the community and in my way support and promote a female run firm with huge insight into hate that exists these days. I fully standby BAME practices - and for me Arona St James solicitors in immigration work shine those 5 stars for me and more for their support and expertise. I always will appreciate the work that led to me having a safe future, now I will work and contribute in a positive way. Yesterday, the outcome I had prayed for finally arrived: my asylum was granted. The relief is indescribable. Now I can look forward to a safe future, contribute positively, and live authentically. To my siblings still fighting this fight: don’t settle for less. Find representation that knows your struggles and won’t give up on you. For me, that was Arona St James Solicitors, and I believe they can be that for you too. 🌈🥰🫶 #QueerAsylum #tomboy #Femboy #trans #Granted #AsylumWin #LondonSolicitor #LGBTRightsUK #AsylumSeeker
