Both Tina Chen and Avika Ali were very efficient and professional. Ms Chen worked my will to make it more in keeping with the firm's format. She explained to me why she had made the changes. I went to the solicitor's office yesterday to sign my new will. Ms Chen took the time to go through the new will and explained various inheritance tax issues to me.

We needed support with a family matter and were told that they could help. The solicitor assigned to us kept tell us he was really busy so it was months before any work was produced, and even then it wasn't what we had asked for. The solicitor had gone and done something totally different from what we had asked for, which was zero help (over a thousands pounds for a basic letter!). An embarrassing Zoom call where we had to explain the difference between GMT and BST to a solicitor. Even though we terminated after 6 months, it still took two years of work, and we had to bring in the Legal Ombudsman. They agreed to settle on what they had charged us at the 6 month period, and even then we had to receieve the refund in three seperate installments. Waste of time and money.

Our conveyancing experience extended over a year, 3 properties and 2 failed sales, but finally fell into place in the spring. We felt the service was very professional, careful and prompt. It was also sympathetic when the sales fell through. We were initially in Angela's care, then in Natasha's but through her paralegal Ayoola Bada whom we met one day at the office. She was terrific and we are very grateful for her help and support right to the end. Our son had already used Beverley Morris after a series of difficulties with solicitors and we shall all definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

We used Beverley Morris for the recent sale of our flat and purchase of our new house. We couldn't recommend Oliver highly enough - he was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always being thorough and efficient with all the work he did for us. We used a different solicitors for a previous purchase and the service we received from Beverley Morris was immeasurably better! It can be incredibly stressful moving house and Oliver remained on hand and there to help throughout.

We could not have asked for a better conveyancer. While the process took longer than expected for a purchase with no chains, this was mainly due to the incompetence of the sellers solicitor. However, despite the overall frustration at the sellers solicitor, we had comfort in having Oliver throughout the process, he helped us with chasing and providing constant updates. Being first time buyers Oliver was patient with us and answered all of our questions, his response time was almost always immediate and there was always someone covering while he was away. Unlike other solicitors where their conveyancing clients isn’t a priority this isn’t the case here. We chose Beverley Morris purely based off of the reviews and our first impressions when we received the quote and it did not let us down.

We had a brilliant experience with Beverley Morris on the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home. Our solicitor Oliver S was helpful, really responsive and gave us very clear advice on some tricky issues. Due to some problems with the buyers the whole process took a long time, but Oliver was supportive throughout. We would absoutely recommend.
