We used Rahat and team at Beverley Morris to act on our behalf for our recent house purchase. Rahat was great from the very start keeping us up to date with what was expected and when, and then the progress on the purchase. All of the team were approachable and were quick to respond to all our queries however simple or difficult, they made the whole process stress free and simple to navigate.

I choose this solicitor because they were local so I could easily visit if needed, but in fact the communication was great throughout and I only visited whne signatures were needed. The responses were very quick, Rahat had local knowledge and was obviously well versed in UK buying and selling process. He shared some information that I am not sure other solicitors would have known. This has saved us a lot of stress. The process from our side was smooth and efficient. I would like to say Thanks to Rahat and the team!! :)

I used Beverley Morris Solicitors for conveyancing when moving home this year and would highly recommend them. Oliver Simpson was highly professional and always quick to reply to e-mails and phone calls and persistent in chasing other parties whose solicitors didn't always display the same level of professionalism. It wasn't an entirely smooth process due to various freehold/leasehold complications but Oliver guided us through it all and made what is inevitably a fairly stressful process as pain-free as possible. I initially had a positive impression of Beverley Morris & Co —professional website, clear communication, and prompt responses. My case involved the purchase of a lease for a business. However, once the client verification process began, things took an unfortunate turn. A trainee solicitor handling my case abruptly stopped the process mid-way. In the morning, I received an email asking for the source of funds, but before I even had a chance to provide this information, by the afternoon, the case was already declined.
I fully understand if they did not wish to take on my case, but the way it was handled lacked professionalism. Rather than offering a clear explanation, I received an abrupt email and had my call canceled when I tried to follow up. I believe there could have been a more transparent and courteous way of handling the situation
