I have never worked with a law firm that provided such poor service and had such disrespectful and weak customer relations. This firm was recommended to me by my broker, and I deeply regret ever working with them.
They have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. Communication is nearly impossible—we've sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls, yet never received a proper response. We purchased our flat on December 6, 2022, and only recently discovered by chance that the land register was never even completed. There was no notice, no explanation. Even their managers are completely indifferent.
The solicitor handling our case, Ms. Ayse Seyer, is extremely inexperienced, unprofessional, and quite disrespectful. She initially informed us that a certain fee was to be paid by the other party and not us. However, on the final signing day, she demanded we pay that same amount, saying she wouldn't proceed otherwise. It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior that we will never forget.
It’s been over two years, and our legal process is still not complete. We cannot reach them, and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I sincerely warn anyone considering this firm: stay away. You will waste your money, your time, and your peace of mind. We are extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities as soon as possible
