Nothing was too much to ask, above and beyond service from a genuine, friendly and professional guy.
From start to finish Charles handled both the sale of my existing property and the onward purchase of my new property side by side.
I was kept informed every step of the way on both properties and having everything 'under one roof' meant I had the luxury of a solid, reliable and down to earth person on the other end of the phone and emails who I instantly knew I could trust.
Charles ensured that everything ran as smoothly as possible and whenever hiccups occured he handled them in his stride to the point I never once felt concerned and/or overwhelmed during my sale and purchase journey.
Having now recommended Charles' services to several family and friends it's very clear my experience wasn't just a fluke as everyone I have put forward all share the same positive experiences as myself.
When the time comes for my next purchase I simply won't even consider using anyone else.
