I can't express my happiness and the way beautifuly this case was dealt . I wasn't expecting the results until 5 weeks but within 2 weeks I got my wife's spouse visa. Also previously was the same case with ILR visa for myself . It was fastest result without any issues applied thru Chauhan Solicitors.

Mr. Intisar Chauhan is a top tier UK solictor. I inquired about Mr. Chauhan's services to handle my partner's immigration matter. I reside in the USA and I wanted to hire someone who would handle and take on my partner's complex case; my partner had been in the UK for 20 years of his life and needed to regularize his stay by submitting a long residence under private life rules visa application. This process might have been seen like a walk in the park, but it wasn't! Mr. Chauhan handled the case and when the home office provided us with a bizarre refusal, Mr. Chauhan informed us to fight the refusal by appealing against the home office's decision. Mr. Chauhan prepared a very detailed bundle of documents and skeleton of arguments against the home office on my partner's case; and instructed one of the best barrister, Mr. Mansoor Fazli from 12 Old Square Chambers to represent my partner during the hearing. I am pleased to announce that we won the appeal with the First-tier Tribunal on August 30, 2023!!!

My passport arrived three months after he submitted the application for my British citizenship. He is well-versed in the legal system. He doesn't overcharge you as some other solicitors would.
