Clarke & Co. Solicitors left me appalled by their staggering lack of professionalism, ethical standards, and financial transparency. Funds were withheld without clear justification, services were either botched or left incomplete, and communication was evasive from beginning to end. This did not feel like a legal service - it felt like being preyed upon by individuals who operate with impunity. The conduct I witnessed raised grave concerns regarding their misconduct and financial exploitation. There is no meaningful oversight, no genuine client care, and no interest in resolving client cases - just silence, evasion, stealing your money and leaving you with long term damage. Even more disturbing is their clear targeting of vulnerable members of society. They take on cases purely to access compensation or settlements, only to abandon those clients with nothing. It is a deeply exploitative pattern: they take your money, your trust, and your case - and leave you far worse off than before. Avoid this firm at all costs. I would not trust them with so much as an overdue library fine.
