Honest impression of Helen Dasilva
My experience has been bad. My sons solicitor Helen Dasilva has not seen him only on videolink today, she hasnt given him advice and prepared him for court. She wasnt aware that I was going to court today, had she spoken to him she would have been aware and been able to inform me of the change of court timings. I am going to report you as I dont think you deserve payment from Legalaid as you have done no work for the case. She advised that the person who dropped charges is not allowed to speak to the defence team when the police have said that they can.
