From the first day that they started my claim, they have kept me informed of every step they have made with my claim. When I have emailed them to ask questions they have taken their time to answer my questions in a way that I would understand. Towards the end of my claim they explained how they would proceed to get me a good offer and also what would be expected of me towards the end. I would definitely recommend them my friends and family if ever they needed to make a medical claim.

She has never shied away from being entirely open about the potential outcomes of the litigation, nor has she been afraid to provide an educated opinion on strengths and weaknesses of the case in question. Katie is incredibly efficient and acknowledges all communications in a timely manner. I engaged Devonshires when I realised that refractive eye surgery left me with lasting and unexpected difficulties and my layman’s knowledge of the legal system was not enough to pursue a lawsuit without professional help. It seemed like a daunting process. I was initially attracted to Devonshires by the fact that dealing regularly with damaged patients like me gives them a unique understanding of the mental impact on the clients and the practical implications their condition may have on the ability to contribute to the case. I found Devonshires responsive and accommodating on both counts. Alongside trying to make sure the client gets the right result, they provide necessary level of support throughout the process and, in my experience, the advice is timely and responsive.
