Wonderful help after being arrested during a demonstration

I was arrested in December for what was deemed to be an offensive placard whilst on a pro-Palestine march. This was a new experience for me and I was given advice by some people who monitor the police action during protests. This included being given ITN's number to call for advice. I requested a call to ITN from the police station and Filip Kostanecki came and represented me.

From the moment I met him, he treated me with kindness and respect and it was very obvious that his level of knowledge, clarity and professionalism were high and he also was able to make quite a scary and worrying situation much more bearable. He explained the potential charges to me and his opinion on how my actions sat. He helped me to draft a statement for the police and thoroughly explained the likely process and helped me prepare for the interview. Everything went exactly as he said it would and I was released on police bail, which through his intervention had no conditions. When I was released he explained what would happen next and kept in contact with me via emails and telephone calls up to the point where the potential charges were dropped.

As a 60 year old man with no previous problems with the police, this was an unpleasant experience but Filip was a true beam of light in the darkness.

Wonderful help following my arrest at a protest

I was arrested on a pro-Palestine march in London in December for holding a placard that the police didn't like. I have never had any issues with the police, so being locked in a cell with no real understanding of where I stood was very worrying. I had been given ITN's telephone number by some people who monitor police behaviour on the marches and requested that they be called. When I met Filip it was the most reassuring thing possible. He was empathetic and extremely professional. He explai Ed the potential charges and why he thought the arrest was wrong. He prepared a statement with me and explained thoroughly the interview process that I would go through. The actual process was exactly as he predicted and throughout the whole experience I felt reassured and extremely confident in his level of knowledge. After being released on police bail, he continued to support me by phone and email until I was notified that there would be no further action. I cannot than Filip and ITN enough for helping me through a dark experience.

Professional Service from ITN

We used ITN Solicitors on two occasions to represent my son and we were extremely pleased with the outcome in both cases. Wajid is professional, friendly and was able to give us good legal advice and representation. He also selected an excellent barrister for court. I would definitely recommend this firm

From 0% win chance to ILR

I ,Muhammad Ali Husnain writing this review for Syed Naqvi,My ILR case was refused by Home Office in 2016 FTT appeal prepared by another very poor solicitor from another Solicitor firm who indeed runied my case and judgement came very very harsh against me,then refused by UT,Cart JR,Court of Appeal in 2019, I became totally disappointed with almost no hope and fear of deportation,Then i contacted Syed Naqvi of ITN Solicitors who did long discussions with me about case ,He listend me very patientely as my story was very long becase of many refusals and very complex tax Issue, He literally spent many many hours, knows better may be more than 100 and prepared an excellenat case ,wrote witness statement of 18 pages which according to Barrister was a complete case study and his exact words to the Judge were that he has never seen such a detailed document which explains every thing about this case and anyone can easily understand the case.My case was prepared so well by Syed Naqvi that Home Office decided not to defend in court and did not send their representative so the case went in my favour and all the allegations of dishonesty were set aside by the FTT judge and I was granted ILR, After if there is anyone who saved my life is Syed Naqvi, I recommend this everyone,He has great knowledge of Immigration certainly 1000 times more than my previous Solicitor.I will always recommend Syed to my friends and will always remember him in my prayers,Becasue of Syed I have visited my Parents after 8 years and now wife will join me in UK in 2 months . bless you and your beloved ones .Kindest Regards

Family court representation

I was represented by ITN solicitors to get my son home after a two year period. I am happy to say I won my case and now have an order to live with. My solicitor Sajidah Khan was amazing and her support was consistent throughout. I would highly recommend ITN Solicitors to anyone seeking representation in the family court area and I would most certainly use their services again. ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️

I was represented by ITN recently, and their work has been second to none. In particular, Eduardo Carrington, who was responsible for mine and many similar cases to my own did brilliantly. I am very grateful for ITN, their protest law team, and the work that they do.

Thank you Mr. Carrington, and thank you ITN!

One of the best Solicitor firms to deal with Immigration matters. My case was looked after by Syed Naqvi who is the head of the immigration department and the way he dealt with my case and provide assistance and valuable advise was highly commendable. My ILR case was pending for almost 7 years, but with the efforts of Syed Naqi it was resolved within 3 to 4 months and I got my ILR and then the naturalization application was also approved straight away rather than waiting for a year before it can be applied. Another good thing about him is that he is an honest person without any greediness irrespective of if you want to continue your case with him or not.

Syed, Irene and Filip were absolutely amazing when my partner and I were going through a really tough visa process.

The odds were against us, but the team were so passionate in helping us and really took the time and effort to communicate with us, and support us throughout the process. What I truly admired is their transparency and realistic advice. I didn’t feel confused and mislead at all, which can be easily done during tough times.

The team were so supportive and honest, and gave advice that eventually helped us win our case. They had connections to fantastic barristers, that were honestly so helpful and reasonably priced.

They value and respect every situation, and will be recommending them to whoever needs support in any immigration services.

Thank you so much!!
