Rude Solicitor Who Lost Interest After Being Paid
Unfortunately, my experience with Elizabeth Kumcu of Kilic and Kilic was very disappointing. From the beginning, their communication style was rude and dismissive, making an already stressful process even harder to deal with.
Once they received payment, their interest in helping seemed to disappear. When the Home Office requested further information for my case, the solicitor simply responded, “It’s the Home Office asking, not me,” and showed no willingness to support or advise me further. I felt completely abandoned at a crucial point in the process.
This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable, especially from someone in a role meant to guide and support clients through complex legal matters. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
