Appaling company - Lack of Professsionalizam

This company is extremely unprofessional as it has no qualms about charing money for services that Stephanie never completed. We instructed Kleyman`s but as soon as we paid the deposit we ralized that they are absolute charlatans and decided to withdraw. We are still awaiting a refund 6 months later. I have reported the issues to Trading standards and will be taking further action. I would stay clear of this business and would do a better research for a company that can do the job they are paid for. Kleymans, Stephanie or Caoimhe certainly lack integrity and professionalizam.

Covetous Firm

Think twice before you decide to work with Stephanie and her covetous firm! She have tried to charge me for work that I haven’t authorised. I emailed her and told them that I was abroad and request answers to my concerns. Soon she got aware that I was aboard she stopped communicating via email and send letter before action with a court claim by post. As I was away I didn’t know about the court and couldn’t reply to the court. The judge awarded the fees to be paid with additional charges.

Speedy and Professional

I have used Kleyman and Co Solicitors twice now regarding commercial lease matters and each time have been greatly impressed by their professionalism and approachability. Initially, I dealt with Stephanie and Peri. Stephanie was available to give advice at all times – even on a Sunday afternoon. Peri completed all legal matters speedily and with a meticulous attention to detail. Most recently, I have dealt with Evelina and was impressed by her prompt responses, clear explanations, and overall thoroughness. She was a pleasure to work with. I can say, without hesitation, that my experience with Kleyman and Co Solicitors has been first class!

I WAS CONNED!!

I WAS CONNED!! CONNED!! CONNED!!!
PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!!!
FRED KENYON-SHUTES AND STEPHANIE KLEYMAN REELED US IN BY PRETENCE ... BEING SUPER NICE TO US...
PLEASE PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL...
FRED KENYON-SHUTES QUOTED US A REASONABLE PRICE...TO REEL US IN... £250 PER HOUR TO DRAFT LETTERS...LETTERS TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO WRITE BOTH.
THIS WE WERE ADVISED WOULD COST £375.
THEY THEN SCHEMINGLY GO FOR THE JUGLAR...
THEY CHARGED £250 PER HOUR TO TALK ON THE PHONE... WE WERE CALLED AND HELD ON THE PHONE WAFFLING, IF WE CALLED WE WERE ALSO HELD ON WAFFLING...ALL RUNNING UP THE TIME, WHICH WE WERE UNAWARE OF...
HE WROTE 2/3 PAGES EMAIL RESPONSE THAT WAS NOT ASK FOR OR NEEDED AND CHARGE £250 PER HOUR FOR THE PLEASURE OF WRITING IT, TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY SPOKE TO US ON THE PHONE ABOUT OR TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS IN THE RESPONSE THAT THEY ARE SENDING TO US TO READ ANYWAY...
NOW YOU ARE PAYING TRIPLE FOR THEM WRITING ONE LETTER...MY 2/3 PAGES, LETTERS COST A WHOPPING £2,310 INC VAT, WHICH WE ONLY FOUND OUT ABOUT FROM THE INVOICE.
FRED KENYON SHUTES QUOTED £375 (£450 INC. VAT) TO WRITE TWO LETTERS. AFTER WRITING THE LETTERS WE RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR £2,310. THE INVOICE STATED PHONE CALLS AT £250 PER HOUR AND EMAILS EXPLAINING THE RESPONSE, WHICH WAS INCLUDED, WHICH WE DID NOT ASK FOR OR NEED).
WE WERE IN SHOCK!!! WE EXPECTED AN INVOICE FOR £375 PLUS VAT, A TOTAL OF £450.
THEY DRAGGED US THROUGH THE COURT FOR £2310 AND TRIED TO PUT A CHARGE ON MY HOME, THREATENING ME THAT THEY WOULD FORCE ME TO SELL MY HOME TO PAY THIS £2310 INVOICE.
STEPHANIE KLEYMANN TRIED TO, NOT ONLY DESTROY ME BUT MY FAMILY AND MY HOME. SHE WOULD HAVE PUT US OUT ONTO THE STREETS...
THE SAD THING IS THAT THEY ARE OBLIVIOUS TO THE DAMAGE THEIR GREED IS CAUSING...
STEPHANIE KLEYMAN GOT EXTREMELY BITTER WHEN I TOLD HER THAT PEOPLE WHO BEHAVE THIS WAY WILL NEVER PROSPER.
WICKED, WICKED PEOPLE ... PRACTISING LEGALISED ROBBERY. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT BELIEVE IN KARMA...

I personally wouldn't use the again.

I had a terrible experience with this firm. I met them through WeWork and used them to chase a client's outstanding invoice. The process was lengthy beyond my expectations and what I was lead to believe. They charged me a ridiculously high fee in my opinion and I was later given quotes from other qualified solicitors at half the price i originally paid. The work they did for me didn't result in the client paying us so left us in an awkward position. They then took me to court over an outstanding invoice of £210 (which I had agreed to pay), despite already paying them £1,800 by that stage!
