My matter was regarding a recovery of my two children from the UK and returning them to Western Australia.
Six months of planning, calls from ms Taylor in preparing a case of inherent jurisdiction / recovery through the Hague Convention etc. The opposition folded twenty minutes before the trial.
Case prep won the day. Many thanks.
