I must say, by far the best Conveyancing firm I have ever used. Their service is so slick and most importantly their speedy service is what sets them apart. During the process they will constantly advise. If you need a propertyl lawyer, Kolbalt Law are the firm.

It was a completely different experience compared with other solicitors that I've worked with before. One of the biggest contrasts is that Stefano is very straightforward with his opinion about what he thinks is the right decision to make to protect his client from any risks. The word ambiguity doesn't exist with Stefano. To be honest, I didn't enjoy getting his emails at the beginning at all. I've used quite a few different solicitors in the past years, but none of them would be so direct and honest with their opinion, and that felt unusual to me. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet Stefano in person and have lunch with him and his wife, Marilyn. He shared his knowledge as an experienced solicitor, and Marilyn is his excellent legal assistant. They are a very adorable couple. After that lunch, I immediately liked him as a friend and respected him as a solicitor. His price is the highest compared to what I used to pay, but I have understood so much more about the legalities of the deal, and I can really feel that I’m in safe hands. As an overseas investor, there are already too many difficulties that I have to overcome. However, I know that Stefano will always have my back. I will definitely use him again for the next commercial deal.

I have had the most incredible experience with Stefano at Kobalt Law. He helped me with a really complicated and tedious commercial lease and I was truly blown away by his skills.
Stefano is the most responsive and competent lawyer I have ever worked with. He made sure that every tiny detail was analysed and nothing escaped his savvy eyes. Every query I had, he responded to almost immediately (even once at 1am!!!) and made sure to push back with any clause in the contract that seemed unfavourable. He was diligent and organised and challenged the opposing lawyer whenever needed.
I can confidently say that Stefano Lucatello is the best property lawyer in the country and I am honoured that he took me on as a client. Despite this process being long winded (due to the landlord's solicitor and the premises being complicated), I always felt secure knowing he was representing me. I am forever grateful for his servives and wouldn't dream of using anyone else in the future.
If you're reading this review and you're deciding which lawyer and law firm to choose, Stefano and Kobalt Law should only ever be your choice. They far exceed any possible expectation!

Don't hesitate - they are the best! I am an non-UK resident selling a property (and lease extension) in UK. Stefano lead me through the process, was always 100% online to any questions from myself, officials and other agents in the final sale process. I was/am more than happy with all the work he and his team did to my successful conclusion of the sale.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Kobalt Law. I have used many solicitors in the past. Kobalt are the most expensive I have used, but in my opinion are very good value for money. Stefano is extremely responsive, has excellent communication skills, and is always looking out to do the best for his clients.
The ability to speak to Stefano directly is priceless, in an industry where the standard is for solicitors to be remote and hard to contact other than via email. I strongly recommend Kobalt Law and will be using them many times again.
