I continue to be baffled & let-down by the service I've received from Layzells.
The 'left-hand' doesn't seem to talk to the 'right hand' e.g. probate to conveyancing and logic seems absent from parts of the service. I am still trying to resolve my late mothers estate some 12mths+ since her passing which is causing much distress.
Management seems not to exist and everyone seems to work as a 'silo' from each other.

Good service however had unresolved issue at the time of completion and once I had paid the fees the issue was never resolved and my email was ignored. Make sure you have all your legal issues resolved before you pay as they will show no interest after that.
