Professional, efficient, knowledgeable.
They helped us purchase our freehold. It wasn't as straightforward as we'd hoped it would be as the previous freeholder and his solicitor made things difficult by not responding to calls or emails. This delayed things and was very stressful. But the professional way things were handled put us at ease.
