I had a family matter and George had me in the office photocopying all my documents reasured me my case would be taken on that I would be brought into the office to discuss my case (repeatedly said but never happened) said id get contact didn't happen just kept ignoring me. My case for me to dispute date has now passed and George is now telling me my case cannot be taken on due to legal aid portal although George was fully aware of the portal issues from when I first came to him and still took my case on after. Terrible service I would definitely not recommend this solicitors. Poor communication very poor professionalism
