They ruined my case. Because of their irresponsibility and carelessness my visa went from 5 year route to 10 year route. I found them very irresponsible while dealing with my case. Doesn't deserve even 1 star!

You have done it again a magnificent and unique service ever, this compliment it is not only base on myself experience with a company which is doing the law matters and provinding services regarding law.
This unique experience of mine is Based on all my Iranian friends in our Iranian community which were dealing with other Immigration office all around the UK. Some of them which is still waiting for their decisions to be made by home office after months and that's because of either lake of correct documentation or wake services is being provide to them.
Meanwhile me and my wife being informed about the latest development and look after by the Mr Merlin Prasad Alfred himself on Saturday evening while their office is closed. This to me is a unique and especial customer service ever. We'll done guys. I think I was very lucky the first day that I came to your office.

I just wish to express my gratitude towards Mr. Paul John and his service.
I have known him, and his office, for more than 10 years. Each time I call him, he raises my expectation of his professionalism. Every word fills me with more confidence. That is my personal experience.
For my recent visa application, when his office staff had made a clerical error, I became quite anxious. I received the incorrect documents late on a Friday, but they were very important for an appointment on the following Monday. His office was now closed. A personal call to Mr. John resulted in him rectifying the situation by Sunday night at 9 pm. Proof to me of how efficient and excellent his attitude is towards his clients.
I wish him all the very best, with the knowledge that I will always get expert advice and service whenever I need it.
